| Abstract |
In this work we develop a framework for statistical testing of
significance of contributions to changes in economic growth rates
(and productivity changes) in the Solow’s growth accounting
framework, which is the main contribution of the paper. We then also
illustrate the developed methodology for testing significance of the
impact of information and communication technologies capital on the
labor productivity distribution of developed countries in 1980–1995.
